Tidewater Meter Readers of Virginia, Inc is owned and operated by Patrick Gasser, who, after 14 years of managing condominiums and homeowners associations, was looking for a local water billing company that could provide premium communication with residents and property managers. Finding none, he started Tidewater Meter Readers of Virginia, Inc. (TMR).
Patrick’s unique background as a seasoned property manager and a nuclear trained Navy veteran helps provide the attention to detail and technical expertise needed to ensure that meters are read accurately and bills are calculated correctly, while also providing the personal touch needed when interacting with the public.
Patrick lives in Suffolk with his wife, Tanya, and their 4 dogs and 3 cats. With support from his wife at home, Patrick completed the entire 2200 mile Appalachian Trail in 2022.
